Keilor East Rotary is an annual supporter of Donations In Kind in Footscray. Rotary has been helping to improve dental and medical care in Tonga for over 25 years and the results have been excellent. We receive donated goods from supporter organization and are able to source equipment and supplies through our Donations In Kind Store. The are sent in container to the relevant Tongan Education and Health Department. Rotary volunteers then Tonga to distribute the goods and assist with installation ‘

- Four new dental clinics have been established.
- The school sickbays in three of the main High Schools have been converted into Doctors surgeries with small hospital wards. Tonga is an island nation and of the High Schools has around 200 boarders.
- The Vaiola Hospital, the main medical facility in country has received substantial amounts of equipment and supplies.
